I am the owner operator of SET Works and has been installing tile for over 10 years.  I have installed tile in the Colorado Springs area was well as California and Arizona.  I am married with two girls and currently serving in the Colorado National Guard.  I was thoroughly trained by journeyman with over 30 years of experience.  I can install tile with mud float or as some say wet set, or dry mortar beds, however new technology has almost has made dry mortar bed obsolete.  Dry mortar beds are labor intensive, but does produce great craftsmanship, so It will never fade out in my opinion.  Recently, Our family has been able to purchase our first home, so now I eat to remodel our flooring.  There has been many different layouts and tile I have installed, but I have alway like the tile that looks like wood.  Tile install like wood gives the feel of a wood floor with the durability of tile, since tile can be cool in the winter time I'll add radiant heat underneath the tile.
